牛晓颖,女,1980年9月生,河北清河人,中共党员,2009年6月毕业于浙江大学生物系统工程与食品科学学院,获工学博士学位。主要研究方向为:农产品/食品无损检测技术、近红外光谱分析技术、化学计量学。现为河北大学质监学院测控系副教授,主讲《信号与系统》、《PLC原理及应用》等课程。
